Blanco is a self-taught artist and her work is usually influenced by her intuition, culture, and environment. Her work can be described as realistic, vibrant, colorful, joyful, complementary, and balanced.  Her work is rooted in realism, as she enjoys the challenge of depicting realistic image s. Her subject matter is usually within the realms of people, animals, plants, flowers, culture, and nature.  

 

"When I paint public spaces I like to connect with the environment to bring a cohesive collaboration between my design and the environment around to make sure it is a pleasing experience for the viewer. My medium of choice is latex, acrylic, spray paint, and oil depending on the surface. I love brightening up spaces and connecting to people through my art"
